The story behind the society

My Story

I spent years feeling invisible in a world that wasn’t built for men like me.

I struggled with weight, confidence, and self-worth for most of my life. I was tired of being the afterthought — the guy who couldn't find clothes that fit, the guy who was told to "just lose weight," the guy who felt like he didn't belong.

I decided to change that. Not by becoming someone else, but by deciding that I'd earned the right to take up space exactly as I am.

I created this space to remind bigger men that we don’t need to shrink to take up space. We deserve confidence, style, respect, and community.

The Big Man Society isn’t about a number on a scale. It’s about how you carry yourself, how you treat others, and the brotherhood you build along the way. That’s the work - and its worth doing together.

The man on a mission to help bigger men live with confidence, style, and purpose.

Comfortable in my own skin - finally!

Why I created The Big Man Society

For Confidence - Because confidence is built, not given.

For Style - Because style has no size.

Growth - Because we’re always growing.

Brotherhood - Because we rise by lifting others.
